Homeowner Loye Ruckman became the 114th member of the Radiant Nine today by taking advantage of the CSED's Radiant Barrier Program. Vincent Fedeli, CSED Energy Efficiency Coordinator, assisted by George Washington Law School student volunteers Katie Stoughton and Ana Jara, installed radiant barrier in Mr. Ruckman's attic.
